Midnight Insomnia Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Midnight Insomnia, operated by Golub Softworks. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Child Safety Standards (/child-safety) and Privacy Policy (/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Midnight Insomnia is intended only for users aged 17 and older. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts that we learn belong to a minor are removed.

Use Midnight Insomnia lawfully, respect other users, and follow the rules and policies shown in the app. You are responsible for the content you send and for activity under your account.

You must not:

• use the service for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purpose;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the service or other users' accounts;
• create, upload, share, request, or link to content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• engage in grooming, sextortion, sexual coercion, trafficking, or any other form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE);
• use the service to contact, locate, or arrange meetings with a minor for sexual purposes.

Zero tolerance for CSAE: child sexual abuse and exploitation is strictly prohibited. Violating accounts are permanently removed, and confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate authorities.

Our full standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation are published in our Child Safety Standards (/child-safety). You can report child safety concerns directly from inside the app under Profile → Safety & Support → Report a concern, or by emailing zorbeytorunoglu@gmail.com.

When we obtain actual knowledge of prohibited content or conduct, we remove the content, permanently ban the accounts involved, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority. We cooperate with law enforcement.

Midnight Insomnia Pro is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription. The price shown in the app is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your store account settings. Deleting the app or your Midnight Insomnia account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

The service and its features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Premium access depends on confirmation from the applicable app store and our billing provider.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Child Safety Standards (/child-safety), or when necessary to protect users or the service. Where appropriate, we report violations to law enforcement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Midnight Insomnia after an update means you accept the revised terms.
